Job Description
A Senior sales assistant is required for a prestigious TV and audio equipment retailing store in Camberley.
Preference will be given to those people with previous experience in a Electronic retail sales and managerial role.
The job requirements are:-
Greeting customers and giving advice and guidance on product selection, suitability and availability
Answering customer queries in a knowledgeable manner and following up customer enquiries
Responsibility for processing cash, credit card payments and loan agreements
Dealing with customer refunds and any customer complaints
Balancing cash registers and the till reporting system with receipts
Reporting problems and discrepancies to the Store Manager
Participation in the delivery and storage of goods and equipment
§ Involvement in stock control, stock management and stock checks
Responsible for security within the store and looking out for potential shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards
Producing and attaching price tickets to merchandise in the store
Keeping up to date with special promotions and helping to put up shop displays
Keeping the store clean and tidy including hovering carpeted areas and cleaning and mopping communal areas
