We are building a team that loves creating great food for our customers. All made on site, no buying in ready meals and just heating them up!
Based on an average 35-45 hour working week, you will help to ensure the smooth day to day running of the kitchen in an independent pub.
Duties will include:
Cooking of fresh food using local ingredients
stock control and ordering
food safety management
immaculate cleanliness, ensuring kitchen is clean and tidy at all times
input into new menu items/specials etc
As this is a small kitchen in a local independent pub, you must have the motivation to be proactive in your role and ensure high standards are met at all times.
