Job Description
We are looking for several enthusiastic and driven individuals to join us as Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our current team based in the town centre. You will work with our existing consultants with the aim of placing candidates into our client’s job vacancies. This is a varied role and full training will be provided
Role:
• Speaking to potential candidates on daily basis with the aim of placing them in jobs
• Writing and placing job adverts on the company website, and other internet sites
• Searching and shortlisting candidates for our client’s jobs
• Sourcing client leads for the Business development team
• Managing advert responses and matching candidates to client requirements
• Telephone interviewing candidates
• Preparing candidate CVs and profiles for submission to clients
• Building the Client and Candidate CRM database
• Arranging interviews for candidates
You will need to:
• Be a confident communicator
• Be calm and work well under pressure
• Have good IT skills (Microsoft packages) and be good with numbers
• Be able to work in a demanding and very fast paced environment
A telephone sales background would be beneficial but above all attitude and application are key
