The Square, Camberley are holding art workshops in celebration of Mother’s Day.

On the 10th and 11th March, The Square, in collaboration with Mrs Pott’s Place, will hold workshops in Decopatch and Powertex. Mrs Pott’s Place is a much-loved store within The Square, Camberley, that not only specialises in pottery painting, but also in myriad different arts and crafts activities that run as separate workshops.

The Decopatch workshop will run on the 10th March between 11am and 1pm and 2pm to 4pm. The workshop is limited to the first 100 children. Children will be able to make a ceramic hanging heart, which can be taken away on the day.

The Powertex workshop will run hourly between 11am and 3pm. It is limited to children 8 years and older. You can reserve your child’s place at the Customer Service Desk at The Square. Children will be able to make a photo frame in this workshop by building layers of materials and accessories to form the final product. This activity is extremely messy, so it is recommended that children wear old clothes or bring an apron with them.

Joana Santos, Marketing Manager at The Square Camberley, said: “We are so excited to be working with Mrs Pott’s Place over the Mother’s Day weekend. This is a great opportunity for kids to make something that their mum’s can cherish for years to come!”

The workshops are a wonderful opportunity for your children to get creative with the knowledgeable staff from Mrs Pott’s Place.
