Job Description
FairWeather Golf is the first of its kind in the UK. Its pushing the boundaries of golf instruction using the latest technology to help improve peoples game as effectively and efficiently as possible. Based in the centre of Camberley, Surrey, the FairWeather Academy will host the UKs first RoboGolfPro - a teaching aid that is taking the golf world by storm (see robogolfpro.com for more information) as well as K-Vest, TrackMan and BodiTrak.
FairWeather Golf will also offer the Players Lounge - a relaxed environment where golfers of all ages and abilities can use the latest golf simulators to improve their game as well as socialise.
Job purpose:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Bartender/Front of House Administrator with excellent customer service skills to join our Team.
Key responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers
- Taking orders and serving drinks to customers.
- Maintaining cleanliness inside the bar
- Ensuring drinks are served with excellent presentation.
- Informing customers on the drinks and food served from the bar menu
- Serving food and waiting on tables as and when required
- Taking stock checks and ordering stock in
- Take bookings via walk in, email and telephone
- Be able to provide knowledge on FairWeather and its products/services
- Respond to phone, face to face and email enquires in a prompt and professional manner
- Deal with customer complaints
- Confident in handling cash
- Ensure facilities are clean and presentable at all times
- To comply and maintain with all hygiene and safety standards for FairWeather
- Adhoc administration support
- Ambassador for Fair Weather
Qualifications and experience:
- You will need to be confident, personable and great with customers
- Good Sales Skills
- Professional
- Responsible
- Self-sufficient
- Good inter-personal skills
- Good computer skills
