On Sunday 9th December, The Square Camberley welcomed a giant snow globe to shopping centre, seeing hundreds of families jump inside and take pictures against the magical Christmas backdrop.
Located in the main Square and standing an impressive three metres high, the giant inflatable snow globe caught the eye of many little shoppers, who couldn’t wait to get inside!

Located in the main Square and standing an impressive three metres high, the giant inflatable snow globe caught the eye of many little shoppers, who couldn’t wait to get inside!
On Saturday 8th December, The Square welcomed their first Breakfast with Santa event, which took place at Muffin Break. Children loved having the chance to meet and talk to Santa Clause and asked many questions about Lapland and of course, what they wanted for Christmas! The Square continued the festive fun, with free arts and crafts taking place in the Pixie House throughout the weekend. On Saturday 8th December, little shoppers had the chance to listen to the story of ‘The wonky donkey’, before getting creative and making their own snow globes to take home and place on their mantelpiece just in time for Christmas! On Sunday 9th December, The Pixie House then welcomed children’s ultimate favourite – slime! Children got messy and created Santa slime and Christmas tree slime! The afternoon then saw families spending quality time together, making homemade Christmas cards. If that wasn’t enough, little shoppers also met Father Christmas himself in The Square’s Grotto! Children also received a special present1 to take home and place under their Christmas tree! Families will have the chance to meet Santa Clause right up until Christmas Eve, tickets can be pre booked here – www.bookfatherchristmas.co.uk/camberley Children can also post their letters direct to Lapland in The Square’s talking post box, located Cambridge Square (outside House of Fraser). Enjoy Festive Music in The Square - performances will take place in the Main Square in the middle of the centre. During The Square’s late night shopping on Thursday 13 December, shoppers can join in with an evening of Christmas Carols, led by the Surrey Heath Singers at 6pm. Songbooks and festive cheer provided. The Square’s Late Night Shopping entitles shoppers to The Square to park for just £1 after 5pm, and if shoppers spend over £50 anywhere in It is also late night shopping night on Thursday’s – park for just £1 after 5pm and if shoppers spend over £50 anywhere in town you can pick up a free gift from the Customer Service desk in The Square.
On Saturday 15th December and Sunday 16th December, a Christmas Music Concert will take place from 12 midday until 4pm.
