We have a great team here at Collectively Camberley, who are all genuinely passionate about Camberley Town Centre. With a wide range of skills and ability, our daily team are responsible for delivering the projects set out by the board.
Made up of some of the key individuals from the BID area and representing all sectors, the group is responsible for steering the activities of the Collectively Camberley BID.

Lorna was born and brought up in Ayrshire in Scotland. She moved South to live in London for 12 years before relocating to Camberley in 1995. With an HR career in sectors that have included Merchant Banking, International Recruitment and Aerospace Engineering, she is now (since 2006) the founder and owner of The Dane Partnership Ltd, a Camberley based HR, Training and Recruitment business servicing a hugely diverse range of clients in terms of size and sector, in the Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire areas and beyond. Lorna is also Chair of Collectively Camberley Board of Directors.
Lorna is married with two sons (now both at University) and she enjoys interior design, house and garden renovations and she and her family all share a passion for rugby!
Morrisons Solicitors - Knoll Road
David is a Consultant Solicitor with Morrisons Solicitors LLP . David specialises in Land Development work and has built up a wealth of wide and varied experience acting for both Local and Regional Developers since moving to the Thames Valley in 1989.
David is married and lives with his wife in Cranleigh. His interests are watching and playing cricket and supporting Northampton Saints Rugby. David is a member of MCC and currently Chairman of Hartley Wintney Cricket Club.
Projectfive - Knoll Road
Steve is the Managing Director of projectfive - a friendly IT Support company based in Camberley that looks after the needs of businesses throughout Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire.
Steve has a young family, lives in Camberley and enjoys fine dining, fine wine, music, classic cars and watersports.
Glo Salon - Park Street
Alan is in partnership with his wife Lorraine and they run one of Surreys largest & most prestigious salons 'Glo Hair Salon' situated in The Atrium, Camberley. Alan is a business coach for Paul Mitchell and has a degree in Business Management from Portsmouth University and for the last 22 years has also run a property development company in London and local area. In the very little spare time he has Alan enjoys the gym, scuba diving & family life.
The Square - Camberley
Glen is General Manager for The Square Camberley, which is Camberley’s main shopping centre with around 100 shops and businesses. Prior to coming to Camberley in 1998, he worked in senior positions at various national department store brands.
In his leisure time Glen is a qualified rugby referee, and also enjoys outdoor activities such as walking, and in particular mountain and coastal paths.
The Arena Leisure Centre - Grand Avenue
Sarah is the Marketing Manager at the Arena Leisure Centre in Camberley, working in the Leisure industry for the last 14 years. Having working in various roles in the leisure business marketing is where her passion lies.
Sarah has qualifications in childcare, marketing and management and is passionate about keeping families active. Sarah also raises money for Diabetes UK since her daughter was diagnosed.
Sarah grew up in Camberley with her family and now lives in Frimley with her husband Glen, and 2 children Isabelle and Jack.
Specsavers - Princess Way
Lateef Iqbal is the Store Director of Specsavers in Camberley and a partner in Specsavers stores in both Alton and Farnham.
He is qualified optometrist with over 20 years’ experience in the industry, including two years spent in the Caribbean setting up opticians (and enjoying a bit of sun). He is very active in sharing his skills and expertise to help others and has mentored a number of students in the past. Lateef is a specialist in customer service and his Specsavers stores have been recognised on multiple occasions at national customer services awards. He is keen to sponsor local causes whether clubs, teams or charities.
Lateef lives locally with his wife and six year old daughter. During his spare time Lateef loves to play and watch sport and particularly cricket.

El Pic Tapas Bar - London Road
Richard is the owner of El Pic Tapas Bar - a main stay of Camberley's restaurant scene for nearly a quarter of a century. He has a passion for food, customer service and championing independent business in the town.
Richard was born in Spain but has lived in Camberley from a very early age. He also has a private counselling practice from his home close to the town centre.
