**Calling All Film Makers!**

**2017 will see the first Camberley International Festival Short Film Competition.**

**Competition Closes on May 19th**
**Award Ceremony June 15th**

This is a great chance for budding film makers and animaters to get their work seen by industry experts and beyond.

The judging panel comprises of C.I.F. patron and BAFTA Award winning actress; Juliet Aubrey, Course Leader of BA Film Practice and MA Film at the University of the Arts, London; Polly Nash, and Director at Sandhurst based, Fudge Animation; James Hill.

There are three categories – Short Film, Animation and Documentary / Experimental. All entries must be ten minutes or under.

Please send a link with your entry to Jo.Bartlett@surreyheath.gov.uk – the closing date is midnight on May 19th.

All short listed entries and winners will be shown in the main auditorium at Camberley Theatre on June 15th when the Award Presentation will take place. Juliet Aubrey will present the prizes and said *‘I am thrilled to be part of this exciting competition and cannot wait to see the creativity and flare of these short films!’*

The overall winner will receive £100 with the two runners up receiving £50 each. The winner will also be presented with a White Elephant Award.
